At Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, we’re extremely excited to be hosting the 43rd Casa de Campo Open. The Championship will be held on all three of our world-famous golf courses, Teeth of the Dog®, Dye Fore, and The Links. The format is a 54-hole Individual Stroke Play competition using the Stableford scoring system. Men and women will compete in flights by index and age, and countries that have at least two players are eligible to participate in the Country’s Cup!

TOURNAMENT DETAILS

FORMAT

The format is a 54 hole Individual Stroke Play competition using the Stableford scoring system.
Men and women will compete in flights by index and age, and country’s who have at least two players are eligible to participate in the Country’s Cup!

FLIGHTS

The men’s field will be divided evenly into five flights***
The ladies field will be divided evenly into three flights***

***This number may change based on participations

Men & Women will also compete in age divisions:

Senior 50-59
Super Senior 60-69
Master Senior 70-79
Elite Senior 80 and up
Country’s Cup

TEES

AMATEUR TEES

Tees will be assigned according to the following formula for male amateurs:

If the amateurs age plus his hcp index = 80.0 and he is 70 years old or older he is eligible to play from the Green Tees.
If the player’s age and hcp index equals 70.0 and up he will play from the White tees
If the players age and hcp index equals 69.9 and below, the player will play from the blue tees.
All amateur ladies will play the red tees.

September 11	8:30 am - 5:00 pm: Player Registration at the Teeth of the Dog Golf Shop Practice Rounds 7:00 pm: Welcome cocktail and Dinner
September 12	6:30 am: Breakfast at Lago Restaurant 8:00 am: Round #1 Free night to explore the resort restaurants
September 13	6:30 am: Breakfast at Lago Restaurant 8:00 am: Round #2 Free night to explore the resort restaurants
September 14	6:30 am: Breakfast at Lago Restaurant 7:15 am: Transportation to Dye Fore from Teeth of the Dog Welcome Area - (15 minute intervals) 8:00 am: Round #3 7:00 pm: Awards Dinner & Cocktail Party at Flamboyan
September 15	7:30 am: Casa de Campo Open Caddie Tournament Begins on Teeth of the Dog Departure Day
