In the unlikely event that you find a better room-only qualifying rate for our hotel through another third-party website or travel partner we will match the lower rate. The rate found needs to have identical conditions to the confirmed reservation booked through the www.casadecampo.com.do website (hotel only reservations with public rates) and must be reported within 24 hours of making the reservation.

Important Conditions for Qualification:
- Reservation must be booked through the official Casa De Campo website
- The Lower Rate found must be for the same room type, number of rooms, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, reservation type (room-only, breakfast included, Vacation Experience), currency, price restrictions, cancellation policy, advance purchase policy.
- A claim form (found below) must be completed fully and submitted per the form’s instructions within 24 hours of the reservation being made with Casa De Campo and at least 48 hours before the check-in time of the reservation.
- Only one claim per stay
- The Lower Rate found must be viewable by the public and bookable on another website. All claims must contain a screen shot of the final booking step, showing the total rate for the entire stay including taxes, services charges and other fees. Screenshots MUST clearly show the date and time they were taken.
- Rate comparisons must include taxes, service charges, fees and all booking charges.
- Casa De Campo is not responsible for any fees associated with cancelling the reservation
Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Hotel packages or travel packages that include hotel plus airfare, car rental, transfers or other similar packages or amenities
- Rates not published online
- Rates for promotional packages or activities with promotional codes
- Private rates or rates only accessible by username and password
- Travel Agent, Group or Corporate rates
- Reservations made through credit facilities
- Variations in price due to fluctuations, rounding or differences in currency exchange rates
- Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival
Best Rate Guarantee Program – Terms and Conditions
Casa De Campo reserves the right to deny a request, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Lower Rate at the time it processes the request. Casa De Campo may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person’s ability to submit a claim if we determine that such person has acted: (a) against applicable laws or ordinances, (b) in a fraudulent or abusive manner, (c) submitted multiple invalid claims, or (d) breached any of these terms and conditions. The Best Rate Guarantee will be void during any such times that Casa De Campo website or certain rates are not available due to a technical issue or a circumstance beyond reasonable control. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Best Rate Guarantee or these terms and conditions shall be handled individually without any class action, and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws in where Casa De Campo is located. Unless prohibited by law, Casa De Campo reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee program and the terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Claim Process:
For a Best Rate Guarantee claim to be eligible, it must be submitted through the website online claim form. The request will be processed within 48 hours (Monday to Saturday during business hours) upon meeting all conditions for qualification.
